Due to the personal and hygienic nature of skin care and cosmetic products, we do not accept returns or exchanges in the following cases:

  • Opened or used products

  • Product packaging that has been tampered with

  • Change of mind or personal dissatisfaction after use

  • Delay in reporting issues (more than 48 hours from delivery)


Eligible for Return or Replacement

Returns or replacements are allowed only if:

  • The product delivered is damaged, leaking, or defective

  • The product is different from what was ordered (wrong item)

  • The item is expired at the time of delivery


Return Conditions
