Cancellation Policy: You can cancel the order before it is delivered. However, since the furniture is made to order, cancellations are not allowed after delivery, except in cases covered by the product warranty.

Cancellation Fee: There is no specific cancellation fee for on-the-spot cancellations. However, if you cannot accept delivery, you will forfeit the advance order fee paid.

Post-Delivery: Once the product is delivered and the delivery team has left the premises, no cancellations or replacements are allowed, except for issues covered under the product warranty. It’s recommended to be present during delivery to inspect for manufacturing defects and report them to the Service Associate immediately.

  • Inspect External Surfaces: Check all external surfaces of the product for any breakages, cracks, chip-offs, unfinished patches, or signs of borer/insect infestations.
  • Be Present During Delivery: Ensure you are present to examine the product thoroughly before the delivery team leaves.
  • Report Issues Immediately: If you notice any manufacturing defects, inform the Service Associate on the spot, as the delivery staff can assist with any questions.

Note: Once the delivery team leaves your location, only manufacturing defects and fair usage breakages covered by the warranty policy will be honored. No cancellations or replacements can be accommodated after this point, except as outlined in the warranty.
